On Friday night we have three friends coming to visit.  They are staying the weekend.  Well, they are staying Friday night here and then on Saturday we are all going to Chrissy’s grandma’s lake house.  The house is already pretty clean.  But, being the OCD freaks that we are we are cleaning the most obscure places.  We don’t even bother to look at these places.  I even made a check list of all the cleaning chores that need to be done.  I need to mop, clean the air purifiers, put in a new air filter, wash the drapes, groom the cats, and clean my closet.  These are the chores for now but I keep adding more and more to this list.  Oh and clean these weird mold spots that grow in the summer on the ceiling in the bathroom.  I already painted the dye spots that were on the bathroom wall.  If you want to know what I’m talking about read the previous blog about hair dye.  We also made the yard look pretty.  They probably won’t even see the yard if they get in Friday night.  But we aim to impress our house guests and trick them into thinking we always live this sparkly clean way.  The cats love to clean.  My one cat in particular Bunny is very interested in bleach.  She is a bleach junkie.  She rolls around near it and get mad if I try to move her.  I think she get high off of it or something.  She also get high off the smell of strawberries.  Who knew a cat good be addicted to the smell of bleach and strawberries.  I think cleaning the air purifiers is next on my list.  I hope we can get everything done in time!
